Ritzdorf Court
Ritzdorf Court, located in the Buckman neighborhood, offers permanent housing for those who are currently homeless or have been homeless within the last two years. Our 90-unit community offers studio and one-bedroom apartment homes, as well as many conveniences, including a computer lab, shared patio, and extensive programming and resources for residents.
Ritzdorf Court participates in the Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program. Through the LIHTC program, Ritzdorf Court provides apartment homes for individuals and households earning up to 40% of the area’s median income (AMI). For example, a household of 2 people cannot earn more than $39,720 combined, annually. Contact us for more information on income requirements or how you can move home.
